How do I receive my order?+
All orders are available for in-store pickup at one of our three Victorian showrooms: Cranbourne, Hallam, or Sale. You select your preferred pickup location at checkout. We'll notify you by email within 5 business days when your order is ready to collect.
How long will my order take?+
Most orders are ready for pickup within 5 business days. Some special-order or custom items may take longer — we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Can I change my pickup location after ordering?+
Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched to the selected location yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange it.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer trade pricing?+
Yes. Builders, renovators, and trade professionals can apply for a trade account for competitive pricing. Contact us at trade@vantagebathrooms.com.au.
Can I return a product?+
Yes, within 14 days of pickup. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return.
What about warranty?+
All products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on each product page. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Do you ship Australia-wide?+
We're currently a pickup-only operation. We do not ship orders.
How do I track my order?+
Sign in to your account and visit 'My Orders' to see the status of every item. You'll also receive email updates when the status changes.
Can I order over the phone?+
